Enduring by Nature: HGA’s Approach to Architecture

HGA Studio is a design-led architecture practice known for spaces that feel both grounded and elevated. Founded by Byron Bay local Harley Graham, the studio has earned a reputation for work that balances creativity with a deep respect for place — whether it’s a bespoke coastal home, a boutique resort, or a community-driven cultural project.

From their studio at 18 Banksia Drive, the team at HGA approaches every project with curiosity and a collaborative spirit. Their workspace, built by Kick Building, reflects their ethos: resourceful, and environmentally conscious — constructed almost entirely from repurposed materials.

With a focus on sustainability and individuality, HGA’s portfolio is as diverse as the people they design for. But the through-line remains clear: thoughtful, enduring architecture rooted in context and culture.
