Founded by movement specialist Brooke Timms, Pilates by Brooke offers a refined and personal approach to Pilates, rooted in strength, alignment and mindful progression. The studio offers a range of sessions, including Studio and Mat Pilates, Pre/Post Natal, Circuit training, and private classes for individuals or pairs. Each is designed to meet you where you are and support a steady, considered practice.
