On Wednesday 30 September, Biànca is bringing together Melbourne’s Tipo 00 and Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines for a special night of food, wine and collaboration.
A shared-style menu created between Andreas Papadakis of Tipo 00 and the Biànca team will showcase the flavours and ideas of both kitchens, with a featured wine selection from Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines available for guests to sample and purchase on the night.
Across both sittings, all collaborators will introduce the menu and share the stories behind the dishes and wine that make the evening unique.
